Founder & Lead Consultant of Apex Dynamic Hospital Solutions, Dr. Dinesh Kumar is a highly respected healthcare leader with over 28 years of experience in clinical practice, hospital administration, healthcare quality systems, training, and people management.

He served with distinction in the Indian Army Medical Corps for more than 13 years, where he held several leadership positions including Medical Superintendent, Officer-in-Charge of Field Hospitals, IT Officer, Medical Stores Officer, Adjutant, and CBRN Officer.

After his military service, he continued his leadership journey across reputed hospitals and healthcare organizations including Delhi Heart and Lung Institute, Park Hospital Faridabad, Tirath Ram Shah Hospital, Guru Harkrishan Institute, SPES Hospital Greater Noida, Apollo Home Healthcare, International SOS, and Indiabulls Dhani Healthcare.

His expertise includes NABH Accreditation, hospital operations, healthcare quality management, policy implementation, team building, staff training, and organizational effectiveness. He has extensive experience in implementing practical and sustainable NABH-compliant systems for hospitals and AYUSH centres.

Dr. Dinesh completed his MBBS from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi, along with advanced qualifications in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Quality Management, and NABH standards. He is also a recipient of prestigious recognitions including the High Altitude Medal and Sainya Seva Medal from the Indian Army.

Colonel (Dr.) I.V.S. Gahlot (Retd.) is a retired Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS) officer and an experienced healthcare administrator with a distinguished career spanning military medical services and hospital management.

Commissioned into the Army Medical Corps (AMC) in 1984, he served in several important leadership and administrative roles during his military career. He served as the Commanding Officer at Military Hospital Khadakwasla and also held the position of Secretary of the Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) before retiring from the Armed Forces as a Colonel.

Following his military service, Colonel (Dr.) I.V.S. Gahlot continued his professional journey in healthcare administration. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Faridabad Hospital, where he brings together the discipline and leadership experience gained during his Armed Forces career with modern corporate healthcare management.

His professional experience reflects strong expertise in healthcare leadership, hospital administration, organizational management, and the effective implementation of structured systems within healthcare institutions. His military and healthcare leadership background enables him to contribute to operational efficiency, administrative discipline, and institutional development.

Colonel (Dr.) I.V.S. Gahlot is also known for his involvement in a notable 2018 Supreme Court service law case, further reflecting his distinguished professional journey and association with matters concerning service and administrative law.
